Pedro - Founder / Project manager
Engineering & Construction Background
Pedro brings decades of experience across both the engineering and construction industries, with a career spanning residential, commercial, and large-scale development projects.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in the construction of high-rise developments, complex multi-level underground basements, commercial buildings, and hundreds of residential homes. His extensive hands-on experience across all stages of construction has given him a deep understanding of both the technical and practical side of building.
One of Pedro’s greatest strengths is his ability to identify potential issues early in the development process - before they become costly problems during construction. With his strong engineering background and years of real-world building experience, he has helped numerous clients and projects save significant costs through smarter planning, efficient material usage, improved construction methods, and practical design solutions.
His knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset play a major role in ensuring every Montclair Homes project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and long-term quality.

One of Pedro’s most recognised projects is Matin Palace, a large-scale multi-level function and event venue designed to host weddings, celebrations, and major events.
This architecturally refined project included the construction of three underground basement levels extending approximately 10 metres below ground level, requiring extensive structural planning, engineering coordination, and complex construction execution.
Completed under Pedro’s leadership, Matin Palace stands as a reflection of his ability to successfully deliver technically challenging and visually striking projects. Tony - Director / Project manager
Construction & Trade Background
Following in his father’s footsteps, Tony grew up around construction sites from a young age and developed hands-on experience across multiple trades within the building industry.
With experience in carpentry, concrete, landscaping, and civil works, Tony brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project.
Having also built and operated several trade businesses, he understands the importance of communication, quality workmanship, and delivering a seamless client experience.
Sina - Project manager

Sina has managed and delivered over 100 residential projects across Within all of NSW Region and parts of brisbane,
With extensive experience overseeing builds from planning through to completion, Sina plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.
Hiva - Designer / Admin
Architectural Designer
Hiva completed her Bachelor and Honours degree in Architecture at UTS Sydney, where she was awarded a scholarship in recognition of her achievements and dedication to design.
Her passion for architecture and thoughtful design helps bring together functionality, aesthetics, and timeless living spaces tailored to each client’s vision.
